Sayantani undertook and successfully completed a 5-month online Fundraising Program conducted by ILSS - The India Leaders for the Social Sector.

The course highlighted the rapidly changing aspects of Institutional and Individual Giving in India and provided insights and experiences towards building Donor Engagement and Stewardship.

Archana & Latika successfully completed the program on the Foundations of Early Childhood Learning (FECL). This course was conducted by Learning Matters in collaboration with Finland International Education. It was a 60-hour online course stretched over 20 bi-weekly sessions from 7th April to 9th June 2021.

Manish Arora undertook the Professional development course on Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation for Learning from the Institute of Development Studies (IDS). This program aims at participants designing a PMEL framework in groups for their respective programs towards the end.
